Atlas requires qualifying Atlas components to be installed together and requires proof of purchase for the required components during registration. Is an Atlas Signature Select System the Right Fit for Your Roof?

Signature Select is relevant when a full roof replacement is warranted and the property qualifies for the applicable Atlas system warranty. It is not a reason to replace an otherwise serviceable roof that only needs a repair.

Signature Select is a system installed during a tear off. If your roof has a failed pipe boot and eighteen good years left, the honest answer is a repair, and a contractor steering you toward a system replacement is selling rather than advising.

Algae-Resistant Shingles Are a Priority

Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles feature 3M Scotchgard Protector, which uses copper-containing granules designed to resist the black streaks caused by algae. Shaded or moisture-prone roof areas can be more susceptible to visible algae growth, so algae resistance can be a meaningful product feature without implying every Maryland roof will develop staining.

Under Atlas's current residential Signature Select limited warranty, the Premium Protection Period includes labor and material coverage for covered manufacturing defects during the applicable non-prorated period.
